Nationally Accredited Working at Heights course gives participants the required skills to safely perform tasks at heights by the correct use of heights equipment, conducting risk assessments and the correct application of JSA’s, SWMS or permits. Working at Heights course covers the following topics/activities:

- Fall arrest vs Fall restraints
- PPE requirements
- Ladders/Elevated Work Platform’s/Scaffolding
- Risk control measures
- Job Safely Analysis/Safe Work Method Statement
- Suspension Trauma
- Correct Harness usage
- Fall arrest equipment
- Employers & Employees responsibilities
- Emergency Response Procedures
- Rescue Plans
- Practical and written assessments

It is recommended that this qualification is refreshed at intervals no greater than 3 years
Participants that successfully undertake training and assessment receive their statement of attainment via email in a PDF format. A hard copy (if requested) and wallet size laminated card will be posted shortly after.
Course duration:
Generally 7 hours, site specific training can accommodate shifts.
